Buyer rights
- 14-day statutory cooling-off period where applicable (digital services often exempt once work starts).
- We hold funds for up to 21 days to allow disputes/refunds.
- Refunds processed via Stripe if a valid claim is approved.
Vendor obligations
- Deliver as described.
- Handle their own taxes/VAT.
- Accept our 19.99% commission (deducted automatically).
No multi-item cart Each listing uses direct “Buy Now” checkout. Vendors are encouraged to create bundle/packaged listings for multiple services.
Liability We limit our liability to the commission received on any transaction. We exclude indirect losses, lost profits, and any vendor-buyer disputes. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death/personal injury caused by our negligence or fraud.
