- To provide the marketplace service (contract).
- To process payments and commissions (legitimate interest + contract).
- To send important notifications (contract).
- Analytics (consent via WPConsent banner).
Sharing Data is shared only with:
- Stripe (payment processing)
- Hostinger (hosting)
- Legal authorities if required by UK law.
Vendors and buyers are independent — we are not responsible for their data practices.
Your rights (UK GDPR) Access, correction, deletion, objection, portability. Email info@zednek.com. We respond within 30 days.
We keep data only as long as necessary (e.g. 6 years for tax records).
