What is Zednek?

Zednek is a specialist online marketplace where you can find and commission AI-related services and products. Whether you need an AI agent or assistant configured for your business or private needs, access to AI inference (running AI models remotely), custom AI models, or token credits for AI consumption, Zednek connects you with experienced independent vendors who can deliver these.

What kinds of services can I buy?

Current categories on Zednek include:

• AI Agents — deployment, configuration, and customisation of AI agents for personal or business use
• AI Assistants — tailored AI assistant setups integrated with your tools and workflows
• Inference — remote AI model execution on vendor hardware; pay for what you use
• Models — access to pre-trained, fine-tuned, or custom AI models

How do I make a purchase?

Browse listings or use the search function to find what you need. Click on a listing to see full details, pricing, and vendor information. Click ‘Buy Now’ to proceed to checkout. You can purchase as a guest or create a free account to track your orders.

Why can I only buy one item at a time?

Zednek currently operates without a shopping cart, meaning each listing is purchased individually. This is because our marketplace connects you directly with independent vendors, and payments are routed separately to each seller. Vendors may offer bundled listings combining multiple services or tiers at a single price — look for these where you need multiple items from the same vendor.

What currencies are accepted?

Prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP). Stripe handles payment processing and can accept major international cards. If your card is in a different currency, Stripe will apply the prevailing exchange rate at checkout.

What happens after I buy?

You will receive an order confirmation email. The vendor is notified and will deliver the service as described in their listing. You can track your order and communicate with the vendor through your account dashboard.

What if I’m not happy with my purchase?

If you have an issue, first try contacting the vendor through the messaging system. If the matter is not resolved, you can raise a dispute or refund request through your order dashboard. Zednek will review the case and mediate. Please see our Returns & Cancellations policy for full details.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, one of the world’s leading payment processors. Zednek never stores your card details. Connections to the site are encrypted via SSL.

For Vendors

Who can sell on Zednek?

Anyone with genuine expertise in AI agents, inference, models, or related technology can apply to become a vendor. You must be at least 18 years old, have the legal right to offer your services, and complete Stripe Connect onboarding to receive payments. We particularly welcome experienced AI practitioners, inference providers, and developers working with agent frameworks.

What can I sell?

You can list AI agents, assistant configurations, inference services, models, token credits, token management tools, and relevant hardware. If you are unsure whether your offering fits, contact us at info@zednek.com before listing.

How do I get paid?

Zednek uses Stripe Connect to route payments directly to your Stripe account. When a buyer purchases your listing and the order is marked as complete, your earnings (the listing price minus Zednek’s commission and Stripe’s transaction fees) are transferred to your Stripe balance and paid out on your configured payout schedule.

What commission does Zednek charge?

The standard platform commission is 19.99% of the gross listing price. This is deducted automatically before your payout. Individual rates may be negotiated for high-volume vendors. For comparison, Fiverr charges 20%, Upwork charges 10-20%, and Amazon Marketplace charges 8-15% depending on category.

How long before I receive payment?

Orders are automatically completed 21 days after purchase unless the buyer confirms delivery sooner or a dispute is raised. This period covers the statutory cooling-off window and protects against chargebacks. Once an order completes, your payout follows Stripe’s standard schedule (typically next business day for daily payouts, subject to your account settings).

Can I earn recurring revenue from inference?

Yes — this is one of Zednek’s most powerful opportunities. If you configure AI agents for buyers with ongoing inference usage routed through your vendor arrangements, you can earn a share of recurring token consumption. AI agents are token-intensive by nature, and inference spending at scale can generate substantial recurring revenue. We encourage vendors to think beyond one-time setup fees and consider inference-as-a-service offerings.

Can I offer bundle listings?

Yes, and we encourage it. Because Zednek currently processes each listing as a separate transaction, creating bundle or package listings (combining setup, configuration, model access, and initial token credits in a single listing) provides a much smoother experience for buyers who need multiple things done.

What are my obligations as a vendor?

You must deliver what your listing promises, respond to buyers in reasonable time, maintain an active Stripe Connect account, and comply with applicable laws including tax obligations in your jurisdiction. Full obligations are set out in the Vendor Agreement.

Do I need insurance?

There is no legal requirement to hold insurance as a condition of selling on Zednek. However, if you are providing professional technical services, especially to businesses, Professional Indemnity insurance is strongly advisable. This protects you if a buyer suffers a loss they attribute to your service.

Which laws apply to Zednek?

Zednek is operated from London, England. English law and the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales apply to all transactions and disputes on the platform.

Is Zednek available worldwide?

Yes. Zednek is accessible globally. We aim to serve international buyers and vendors as quickly as possible. Currency conversion is handled at checkout by Stripe. Some vendor payout options may vary by country depending on Stripe Connect availability.
